FAQ

Your order will be dispatched on regular working days, from monday to fridays. Orders are shipped through GLS. Currently we only ship in the Netherlands. Orders will be packed and shipped within 3-5 workingdays. All prices include 21% VAT. You can pay for your order with iDeal, Creditcard or PayPal.

Shipping costs are €4,95. We currently only ship within the Netherlands.

If you ordered the wrong size or your product isn’t exactly what you expected? No problem! You can send your product back and we will refund your order. To make the returns process run smoothly, we advise you to follow the steps mentioned below. We don’t believe in exchanging items, please place a new order or simply return the product within 14 days and obtain your refund.

1. Send an email to collection@theharbourclub.com stating your order number and items you wish to return

3. Include a note with your order number and mentioning the product desired to return.

The cost of returning is at your own expense.  Upon our inspection of the item(s) we will send refund within 10 working days.

 You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, box etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
